1. What products do you sell?
We sell premium laptops (mainly Lenovo ThinkPad), smartphones, RAM upgrades, and electronics accessories. All products are carefully selected for quality and performance.
2. Do you offer warranties?
Items comes with a 12-Month Limited Warranty against any hardware defects. Each item will either be fixed, exchanged, or a full refund will be issued. The warranty does not cover damages caused through misuse such as exposure to water, dropping the device or buyer's remorse.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), bank transfers, and card payments on delivery.
4. Do you deliver across Ghana?
Yes, Delivery is free in Accra.
5. Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes, local pickup is available. Contact us via WhatsApp or our Contact page to arrange a pickup.
6. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original condition. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
