Return & Refund Policy

At LaptopLane, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be in their original condition — undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • Items that have been physically damaged after delivery, or show signs of misuse, are not eligible for return.

 

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within  less than day to your original payment method (Mobile Money or bank account).

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will exchange it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
