Return & Refund Policy

At LaptopLane, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Items must be in their original condition — undamaged, and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Items that have been physically damaged after delivery, or show signs of misuse, are not eligible for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within less than day to your original payment method (Mobile Money or bank account).
